At our practice, we make it easy to request and collect your repeat prescriptions. Please read the following information to understand how to order and pick up your prescriptions.
We need at least 48 hours’ notice for all repeat prescription requests to ensure we can process them on time.
You can request your repeat prescription in the following ways:
Prescriptions are ready for pickup at our reception after 10 a.m. unless you’ve arranged for them to be sent directly to a pharmacy.
You may choose to have your prescriptions sent to a pharmacy for convenience. Ask our reception team for details on how to set this up. Please note, not all prescriptions can be sent directly to a pharmacy.

Our practice has switched to electronic prescriptions for greater convenience and security.
Please nominate your preferred pharmacy with us on the form. and your prescriptions will be sent directly to your chosen pharmacy.
You do not need to call us to check if a script has been sent.
If you haven’t heard from us, simply visit your pharmacy after a few days to collect your medication.
