Repeat Prescriptions
WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR ALL REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS.
By telephone |
For safety reasons, we do not accept prescriptions over the telephone. |
In Person |
Prescriptions can be requested by handing your request slip to a member of our reception staff or putting it in our repeat prescription box |
By Post |
You may request your repeat prescription by sending your request slip to us in the post. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your request slip before it reaches us. If you wish for us to post your prescription back to you then please attach a pre-stamped envelope with your address on. |
On Line |
You can now order repeat prescriptions via My Health online. You will need to register at the practice for this service or you can also email a prescription request to Prescriptions.W97005@wales.nhs.uk. |
Prescriptions are collected from our reception team at anytime through the day unless you have arranged for them to be sent directly to a Pharmacy.
You may wish to consider having your prescriptions sent directly to a Pharmacy - please ask our reception team for ways in which this can be considered (please note that not all prescriptions can be actioned in this way).
